Shipping:

Orders placed on our online shop are processed within 72 hours Monday through Friday.

Delivery charges are applied and may vary depending on the country of destination.

Delivery charges are offered from 75 euros of purchases.

Our deliveries are insured by Colissimo. A tracking number is sent to you by email once the order is ready to be shipped. You can use this number to track your package via the website www.colissimo.fr

Right of return:

You have a period of 15 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your request for return or exchange. Upon receipt of your package, we will arrange a refund or exchange provided that the product is in its original packaging and that its condition is identical to that of its receipt. The return is not refundable, so you will have to do it yourself.
